Quicky Stores is dedicated to making shipping easier and more reliable for sellers to deliver unique products to buyers quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines your shipping responsibilities as a seller and your rights when using Quicky Stores’ shipping services.
This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By operating a shop on Quicky Stores, you agree to comply with this policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Shipping Responsibilities**
As a seller, you are responsible for packaging and shipping items to buyers. If you choose to use a shipping service or fulfillment partner, you remain responsible for ensuring the order reaches the buyer.
Seller Requirements
By selling on Quicky Stores, you agree to:

A. Provide an accurate "Ships From" Address:
Ensure your listed shipping location is correct and up to date. -
B. Specify Shipping Costs and Processing Times:
Clearly outline shipping rates and estimated processing times in your listings. -
C. Ship Orders Promptly:
- Ship each order within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- If you need more time, get the buyer’s agreement before extending the processing time.

D. Follow Shipping and Customs Regulations:
- Adhere to local and international laws regarding shipping and customs.
- Learn more about customs requirements for international shipping.

E. Use the Correct Shipping Address:
Ship orders only to the address provided at checkout by the buyer. -
F. Mark Orders as Shipped:
- Mark an order as shipped only after it’s been dispatched.
- Orders shipped using Quicky Stores’ shipping labels will be marked as shipped automatically.
- Buyers will receive a notification when an order is marked as shipped.

G. Offer Transparent and Fair Shipping Rates:
- Charge reasonable rates for shipping, or offer free shipping if preferred.
- US and Canadian sellers can utilize calculated shipping for accurate pricing.

H. Provide Tracking Information:
- Enter tracking details or delivery confirmation to allow buyers to monitor their shipments.
- By adding tracking, you permit Quicky Stores to collect and share this data with buyers.
Proof of Shipping**
In rare cases where an order doesn’t arrive, sellers must provide valid proof of shipping, which includes:
- Documentation showing the item was shipped.
- Confirmation that it was sent to the buyer’s listed address at checkout.

Seller Support for Shipping Issues
Quicky Stores provides support through its Purchase Protection Program for sellers who meet eligibility criteria. Sellers may qualify for assistance in resolving shipping-related problems. Learn more about the Purchase Protection Program for sellers in our Help Center.
2. Shipping Labels Policy
Effective Date: July 29th, 2024
Sellers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia who accept Quicky Payments or PayPal can purchase Shipping Labels through Quicky Stores.
By purchasing and using Shipping Labels, you agree to the following:
A. Label Usage
- Shipping labels must only be used to ship orders corresponding to Quicky Stores sales.
- Shipping labels may not be transferred, resold, or shared with third parties.
B. Seller Responsibility
- Sellers are fully responsible for the contents of parcels shipped using Quicky Stores’ Shipping Labels.
- Compliance with both Quicky Stores’ policies and the carrier’s terms and conditions is required.
C. Third-Party Carrier Services
Shipping services are provided by third-party carriers, not Quicky Stores.
Important Notes:
- Sellers must review, accept, and comply with all terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the selected carrier.
- Quicky Stores is not liable for:
- Lost or damaged shipments
- Delayed deliveries
- Any issues arising while the item is in transit.

D. Access and Termination
- Quicky Stores reserves the right to revoke access to Shipping Labels at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
E. Information Sharing and Privacy
- By using Shipping Labels, sellers consent to Quicky Stores sharing necessary data (e.g., shipping details) with the carrier to process shipments.
- Data sharing complies with Quicky Stores’ Privacy Policy.
Seller Reminders
- Double-check shipping addresses provided by buyers to ensure accurate delivery.
- Provide tracking information to buyers for transparency and proof of shipment.
- Use the Purchase Protection Program to handle disputes regarding lost or damaged shipments.
Shipping Labels with USPS, UPS, and FedEx

USPS Labels
For US Sellers
- Sellers can purchase USPS postage directly through Quicky Stores to fulfill orders.
- By using USPS postage, you agree to comply with:

Refund Policy
- Sellers may request a refund for USPS postage within 10 days of creating a label, provided the label has not been used for shipping.
- Refund requests are reviewed by USPS, and sellers will receive a notification from Quicky Stores once the request is approved or denied.

For US Sellers
- Sellers can purchase FedEx shipping labels (including FedEx SmartPost) through Quicky Stores to fulfill orders.

- Sellers may request a refund for FedEx shipping labels within 10 days of creating a label, provided the label has not been used for shipping.
- Refund requests are processed by Quicky Stores, and sellers will be notified of approval or denial.
Using FedEx SmartPost?
- Claims for liability coverage must be filed directly with FedEx for SmartPost shipping labels.

Filing Claims
- FedEx SmartPost Claims: File claims directly with FedEx.
- All Other Claims: File liability coverage claims at fedex.com/claims.
General Notes for All Carriers
- Refunds are only available if the label has not been used.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring that shipping policies comply with each carrier’s rules and requirements.

Shipping Labels with Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Evri
Canada Post Labels - Solutions for Small Business
For Canadian Sellers
- Sellers can purchase Canada Post shipping labels through Quicky Stores with a valid Solutions for Small Business account.
- Eligibility is determined by Canada Post and is not guaranteed.
Compliance Requirements
- By using Canada Post labels, you agree to comply with Canada Post rules.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of creating a label.
- Labels must not be used to qualify for a refund.
- Refund requests are reviewed by Canada Post, and sellers are notified of the outcome.

- Sellers can purchase Royal Mail postage through Quicky Stores.

- Refund requests are reviewed by Royal Mail, and sellers are notified of the decision.

Australia Post Labels
By using Australia shipping labels, you agree to comply with the applicable Australia Post's Terms & Conditions.
Sellers may request a refund for Australia Post shipping labels within 14 days of creating a label, as long as the label has not been used to ship a package. Australia Post reviews refund requests, and Etsy will notify sellers after a request has been approved or denied.

Global Postal Shipping
US sellers can purchase Global Postal Shipping postage on Etsy to fulfill international orders ("Global Postal Shipping Postage"). Global Postal Shipping Postage is fulfilled by Asendia through one of their national postal partners.
By using Global Postal Shipping Postage, you agree to comply with the applicable Asendia Terms & Conditions, which will depend on the destination of your package. To learn more about Global Postal Shipping please take a look at this Help Article.
For qualifying orders, sellers may request a refund for a Global Postal Shipping Postage within 10 days of creating a label, as long as the label has not been used to ship a package. The carrier will review refund requests, and Etsy will notify sellers once a request is approved or denied.

3. Shipping Return Labels
U.S. Sellers who accept returns from buyers and ship packages using USPS can purchase a USPS shipping return label on Quicky Stores. Shipping return labels are available for packages purchased by U.S. buyers who made the purchase as registered Quicky Stores users.
USPS shipping return labels are available for packages shipped from and to addresses in the 50 U.S. states only (currently labels are not available for APO/DPO/FPO military addresses or U.S. territories).

4. Shipping Insurance
When you purchase and use Shipping Labels on Quicky Stores, you can purchase parcel insurance, where available, to protect your shipments. Insurance is available through Shipsurance for USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping labels, and through Canada Post for shipping labels purchased from Canada Post. Parcel compensation is also available through Royal Mail for shipping labels purchased from Royal Mail.
Shipsurance Insurance
You may purchase parcel insurance from Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc. for packages shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Global Postal Shipping labels.
If you choose to purchase insurance from Shipsurance, you agree to the Shipsurance Coverage Rules.

Canada Post Insurance
You may purchase parcel insurance from Canada Post for packages shipped using Canada Post shipping labels.
Insurance claims for packages sent using Canada Post labels are handled exclusively by Canada Post.

Royal Mail Compensation
All Royal Mail delivery services offer inclusive compensation at different levels. When selecting the Royal Mail service, make sure you check the compensation level is right for the value of the item you are sending.
Compensation claims for packages sent using Royal Mail labels are handled exclusively by Royal Mail.

Australia Post Insurance
You may purchase parcel insurance from Australia Post for packages shipped using Australia Post shipping labels.

5. Fees
The cost of a shipping label depends on several factors, including the origin, destination, weight, mail class, package type, and dimensions of the package. Additional services, such as signature confirmation, insurance, or Royal Mail parcel compensation, will add fees to the total cost of the label at the point of purchase.
Fee Details by Provider

USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and Global Postal Shipping Labels:
- Fees will appear separately on your payment account.
- Each entry will specify the name of the service provider and the shipping label number.

Canada Post Labels:
- The cost of each shipping label, taxes, and parcel insurance will appear in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and US Dollars (USD) in the total cost summary.
- Final charges will be listed on your payment account in CAD.

Royal Mail and Evri Labels:
- The cost of each shipping label, taxes, and parcel compensation will appear in British Pounds (GBP).
- Final charges will be listed on your payment account in GBP.

Australia Post Labels:
- The cost of each shipping label, taxes, and parcel insurance will appear in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Final charges will be listed on your payment account in AUD.
