Recruitment-Based Companies Policy
Overview
Quicky Hire prioritizes providing job seekers with direct access to employers for a seamless and trustworthy job search experience. To maintain this standard, specific policies are applied to recruitment-based companies or entities.
Sponsorship Requirement
Recruitment-based companies are required to sponsor their job postings in order to be eligible for visibility on Quicky Hire.
This policy applies to recruitment-based companies or entities with jobs appearing on Quicky Hire in all countries, excluding Japan.
Definition of Recruitment-Based Companies
Recruitment-based companies or entities may include, but are not limited to:
- Businesses focused on placing job seekers into roles for other companies.
- Staffing agencies or placement firms whose primary function is hiring employees for third-party businesses.
Eligibility and Categorization
- Companies or accounts may be categorized as recruitment-based at the sole discretion of Quicky Hire.
- Quicky Hire reserves the right to require sponsorship of job postings for any reason deemed necessary to maintain platform integrity and quality.
Policy Enforcement
- Job postings from recruitment-based companies will not be visible unless sponsored.
- Quicky Hire may review and recategorize companies and accounts as recruitment-based at any time without prior notice.
Exceptions
- This policy does not apply to job postings in Japan.
