Adult Nudity and Sexual Content Policy

At Quicky Stores, we are committed to supporting creative expression while ensuring that content remains appropriate for a broad audience.

This policy outlines the types of adult nudity and sexual content that are permitted and prohibited on our platform. It applies to all areas where text or images can be posted, including:

  • Listings
  • Reviews
  • Digital download files
  • Shop banners

We also enforce a strict policy on Imagery of Minors, which prohibits nude, partially nude, and sexually suggestive depictions of minors.

Tagging and Listing Mature Content

Certain permitted content must be tagged as 'mature' to alert buyers who may prefer to avoid this type of material. See our Listing Mature Content Policy for more details.

1. Content Depicting Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity

Pornography

Pornographic content is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Explicit visual or printed materials describing or displaying sex acts, sex organs, or erotic behavior for sexual arousal.
  • Materials from pornographic publishers (e.g., Playboy, Brazzers).
  • Listings marketed as pornographic (even without explicit images).

Human Models in Listings or Reviews

Listings featuring human models must follow these rules:

  • Genitalia, anuses, gluteal clefts, and female nipples/areolas must be completely covered.
  • Body parts must not be visible through tight, sheer, or mesh clothing or insufficient censoring (e.g., blurred or pixelated).

Recommendations:

  • Use skin-colored undergarments under sheer clothing.
  • Consider non-human mannequins or flat-lay photography instead of human models.

Photographs and Photo-Realistic Content

Prohibited Content:

  • Photos or photo-realistic depictions of sex acts, genitalia, or anuses, even if obscured.

Allowed Content:

Non-Realistic Content (Artworks)

We allow artistic depictions of nudity, but with restrictions:

Allowed Examples:

  • Breasts and buttocks without sexual context.
  • Genitalia or anuses in non-sexual contexts.
  • Sex acts without visible genitalia or anuses.

Prohibited Examples:

  • Sex acts with visible genitalia or anuses.
  • Depictions involving arousal, stimulation, fluids, or suggestive posing.

Other Prohibited Content

We do not allow:

  • Selling or advertising sexual services (e.g., worn underwear, custom sexualized content).
  • Depictions of illegal sexual acts (e.g., incest, bestiality, necrophilia, non-consensual acts).
  • Content sexualizing specific body parts (e.g., "foot pics").

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

2. Adult Toys and Sexual Accessories

Prohibited Items:

  • Insertable toys (e.g., dildos, vibrators, anal plugs).
  • Toys designed for genital insertion or stimulation.
  • Sex dolls or fleshlights.

Allowed Items:

  • Non-insertable accessories (e.g., restraints, harnesses, handcuffs, nipple clamps).
  • BDSM accessories (e.g., sex furniture, headwear).

Listing Rules for Adult Accessories:

  • Items must not be shown in use or worn by human models.
  • Use mannequins or flat-lay displays for product photos.

Limited Exceptions:

  • Garments (e.g., body harnesses, cupless bras, crotchless underwear) may be modeled by humans if breasts, genitals, and anuses are covered by opaque clothing.

3. Sexual Language Referencing Familial Relationships

We prohibit items with sexual language referencing familial relationships, such as:

  • Terms related to parents, children, siblings, or other family members.
  • Slogans like “Daddy’s slut” or “Choke me Mommy.”

4. Enforcement and Compliance

Listings or content that violate this policy may:

  • Be removed without prior notice.
  • Lead to account warnings or suspensions for repeated violations.
