Conduct Business Safely and Securely with Quicky Stores.

At Quicky Stores, we are fully committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for our community. To support this, we’ve implemented Quicky Payments, our Purchase Protection Program, and our Case Resolution System to safeguard transactions and assist in resolving issues if something goes wrong with an order. However, these protections are not available for transactions conducted outside of Quicky Stores, even if the buyer and seller initially connected on our platform.

Prohibited Off-Platform Transactions

Conducting business outside of Quicky Stores introduces a higher risk of fraud, scams, and security vulnerabilities. For this reason, taking communications and transactions off-platform is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited activities include:

  • Offering to buy or sell outside Quicky Stores.
  • Directing buyers to complete a purchase outside Quicky Stores, even if the initial contact occurred through our platform.
  • Using QR codes, links, or other tools to redirect users off Quicky Stores.

Maintaining Transparency and Fair Practices

Transactions initiated on Quicky Stores must be completed within our platform. Sellers are required to ensure that:

  • The price listed in each product description accurately reflects the item’s sale price.
  • Prices cannot be altered post-sale to avoid transaction fees or mislead buyers.
  • Items' locations are truthfully represented.
  • Sellers do not use another user’s account without explicit permission.

By adhering to this policy, buyers and sellers can benefit from the full protection and support offered by Quicky Stores, ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience.
