Standards for Ad Agencies, Aggregators, and Other Content Managers
Ad Agencies & Programmatic Policy
Content submitted through programmatic channels and agency files must adhere to specific quality standards set by Quicky Hire.
Aggregators Policy
Aggregators are prohibited from posting third-party content on Quicky Hire's platform.
Distributors Policy
Distributors, defined as platforms or web services that supply jobs to aggregators, are permitted Sponsored Only visibility provided they comply with Quicky Hire’s policies and guidelines.
Job Board Policy
Quicky Hire will no longer accept indexing requests for new job boards in markets outside of Japan, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, and Greece. Job boards must maintain a direct relationship with Quicky Hire to be listed on the site. If a third party, such as an agency, manages any aspect of the job board’s presence on Quicky Hire—including content, provided URLs, advertising budgets, or communications—the job board must sever this third-party involvement to qualify for visibility on Quicky Hire.
Discrimination Policies
Promoting Fair and Equal Hiring Practices
Age Discrimination Policy
Job postings that discriminate based on age or preferentially hire based on age are not permitted on Quicky Hire. Additionally, job ads targeting new or recent graduates may be restricted in certain markets.
Approved Occupational Qualifications Policy
Jobs requiring qualifications based on a protected characteristic may be visible on Quicky Hire if these requirements are recognized as approved occupational qualifications.
Identity-Based Insults, Targeted Abuse, and Hate Speech Policy
Quicky Hire strictly prohibits the use of identity-based insults, targeted abuse, or hate speech.
National Origin Discrimination Policy
Content or behavior that targets or excludes job seekers based on national origin, including ethnicity or accent, is not allowed on Quicky Hire.
Other Discrimination Policy
Discrimination or preferential hiring based on factors unrelated to a candidate’s ability to perform the job is prohibited in job postings, application processes, and interactions on Quicky Hire.
Racial Discrimination Policy
Job postings that discriminate based on race or preferentially hire based on race are not allowed on Quicky Hire.
Religious Discrimination Policy
Discrimination based on religion or preferential hiring based on religion is prohibited on Quicky Hire.
Sexual Orientation or Gender Identification Discrimination Policy
Jobs that discriminate based on sexual orientation or gender identification, or that preferentially hire based on these characteristics, are not permitted on Quicky Hire.
Smoker Discrimination Policy
Quicky Hire does not allow job postings that exclude smokers from applying. Employers may state that smoking is prohibited on-site or in the workplace but may not restrict candidates from smoking outside of work hours in private settings.
Inconsistent Income Policies
Job Types Without Reliable Income
Commission Only Policy
Commission-only positions that are remote or work-from-home, or that include any guaranteed, promised, or misleading pay/salary ranges, must be sponsored to gain visibility on Quicky Hire.
Platform and App-Based Gigs Policy
Non-corporate roles require sponsorship to appear on Quicky Hire. Each job must represent an actual vacancy with a complete job description. Platforms primarily focused on loaning, selling, sharing, or renting goods or assets are not permitted.
Job Seeker Fees
Roles That Require Job Seekers to Pay Fees
Job Seeker Fees Policy
Job postings that require job seekers to pay any fees from initial contact to hiring are ineligible for visibility on Quicky Hire.
Relocation Policy
Jobs necessitating relocation without indicating assistance for relocation costs in the job description are not allowed on Quicky Hire. Reimbursement of relocation costs at a later stage is acceptable.

Job Opportunities That Are Not Permitted on Quicky Hire
Adult Industry Jobs Policy
Adult industry roles with low risk are allowed on Quicky Hire. However, positions with high risks for human trafficking or sexual abuse, such as exotic dancing, adult acting, and sex work, are prohibited, even if legal in the relevant market. Roles where employee-customer interactions are non-sexual may be permitted.
Misleading Direct Sales and Marketing Jobs Policy
Advertisements for direct sales or marketing positions that are misleading or intentionally vague are not allowed on Quicky Hire. Misleading direct sales or marketing roles involve person-to-person sales outside of a specific retail establishment.
Multi-level Marketing or Network Marketing Schemes Policy
Quicky Hire does not permit multi-level marketing (MLM) companies to advertise sales or distributor positions on its platform.
Mystery Shoppers Policy
Mystery shopper positions are not allowed on Quicky Hire.
Relocation Roles for Domestic Workers Policy
Relocation roles specifically for domestic workers are prohibited on Quicky Hire.
Training Opportunities Policy
Training opportunities that promote a training course or program rather than an actual job vacancy are not allowed on Quicky Hire. Traineeships in the UK are considered training opportunities and are similarly disallowed.
Unpaid Internships Policy
Only paid internships are allowed on Quicky Hire. Advertisements for unpaid internships are prohibited.
Unpaid Jobs Policy
All job opportunities posted on Quicky Hire must offer financial compensation. Unpaid positions are not permitted.

General Recruitment Policy
General recruitment involves job postings that advertise multiple job openings instead of a single vacancy. These ads may include several distinct roles within one posting, whether from the same company/location or different companies. Employers including multiple positions in one job description must sponsor their post to gain visibility.
Generic or Confidential Company Name Policy
Employers wishing to post jobs anonymously using a generic or confidential company name must sponsor their job postings to be visible on Quicky Hire.
Information Mismatch & Incomplete Information Policy
Jobs with incomplete information or discrepancies between the version posted on Quicky Hire and other sites are ineligible for visibility.
Low Quality Job Descriptions Policy
Job descriptions must clearly outline the role and its responsibilities. Descriptions lacking relevant details or clarity are not allowed on Quicky Hire.
Low Quality Job Titles Policy
Job titles should be clear and relevant. Titles with excessive information, clickbait, symbols, or emojis may require sponsorship or be ineligible for visibility if deemed unreadable or spam-like.
Nanny & Babysitting Job Board Policy
Nanny job boards can gain visibility on Quicky Hire if they provide vetting criteria, do not charge job seeker fees, include unique and active vacancies, ensure high-quality, spam-free jobs, and list a company or family name for each vacancy.
Offensive Content Policy
Jobs containing offensive content, such as vulgar language, misuse of mental disorder terminology, or profane expressions, are not permitted on Quicky Hire.
Remote & Work From Home Jobs Policy
While remote and work-from-home jobs are allowed, they may have reduced visibility if they appear to obscure disallowed business models like low-quality sales positions or MLMs.

Business Opportunities Policy
Advertisements for business or investment opportunities are not allowed on Quicky Hire.
Internal Hiring Only Policy
Job postings restricted to internal candidates are not permitted on Quicky Hire.
Job Fairs, Hiring Events, and Career Fairs Policy
Events such as hiring events, job fairs, and career fairs, including those featuring a single employer, require job post sponsorship or participation in Quicky Hire's Hiring Events product where available.
Non-Job Posting Policy
Quicky Hire focuses exclusively on job vacancies. Non-job content is not allowed and job seekers should receive results relevant to their job search.
Passive Income Opportunities Policy
Roles described as "passive income opportunities," which require minimal to no effort from job seekers to earn money, are not allowed on Quicky Hire.
Personalization & Targeting Policies
Policies for Job Seeker Personalization and Targeting
Career Change Policy
Employers cannot target job seekers with irrelevant jobs based on industry-wide career change trends. For example, targeting HVAC technicians for truck driving roles based on a reported trend is prohibited.
Location-Based Targeting Policy
Employers must not target job seekers in areas where they do not operate, based on demographic indicators, or solely based on geographic location. Violations may result in content removal.
Personalization & Targeting Policy
Personalized or targeted advertising must protect job seekers from unlawful, malicious, or irrelevant targeting. Targeting based on discriminatory, unrelated, or offensive characteristics is prohibited and may lead to content removal.
Relevancy Targeting Policy
Content must be directly related to the job seeker's information, skills, or experience. Irrelevant targeting based on unrelated experience, past queries, or keywords is not allowed and may result in content removal.
User Information Targeting Policy
Employers must not use job seekers’ personal information to target communications unrelated to job opportunities. Violations may lead to content removal.

Appropriate Use of Quicky Hire Email Policy
Quicky Hire’s email relay system is exclusively for job-related communications. Misuse may result in job removals or restricted access for both employers and job seekers.
Candidate Pooling Policy
Attempting to gather job seeker information to create a database outside of Quicky Hire is prohibited and may lead to disqualification from the platform.
Coming Soon Jobs Policy
Job postings for upcoming business openings must include an expected start or hiring timeframe. Posts without this information or those posted over 60 days before the timeframe are ineligible for visibility.
Expired Jobs Policy
Jobs that are no longer accessible, either due to past application deadlines or employer notification, are not eligible for visibility on Quicky Hire.
General Applications Policy
Employers must clearly indicate that the role is a specific vacancy. General application processes or landing pages may require sponsorship to gain visibility.
Request to Apply Off Quicky Hire Policy
Job postings that direct job seekers to apply outside of Quicky Hire may have reduced visibility.
Misuse of Video Applications Policy
Video submissions must be limited to one-way interviews. Using videos for other purposes is prohibited.
Photo Request Policy
Requests for photos or headshots are not allowed in job postings on Quicky Hire.
Personally Identifiable Information Request Policy
Employers must not request unnecessary Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as full date of birth, financial information, or government-issued IDs, in job descriptions or application processes. Violations may reduce visibility.
Redirecting Policy
Job postings must not include links that redirect job seekers away from Quicky Hire to other websites.
Talent Networks Policy
Employers using talent networks must adhere to specific guidelines to maintain visibility on Quicky Hire.
Search Manipulation Policies
Behaviors That Manipulate Search Results
Competitor Trademarks Policy
Misuse or misleading use of competitor trademarks is prohibited. Reported trademark infringements will result in content removal.
Duplicate Jobs Policy
Posting duplicate job ads from different sources for the same vacancy is discouraged. Duplicates may lead to reduced visibility.
Jobs Without City Locations Policy
Jobs must specify a city location. Regionwide, statewide, or nationwide postings without a centralized location may receive lower visibility.
Keyword Stuffing Policy
Loading job descriptions with excessive keywords to manipulate search rankings is not allowed and may result in lowered visibility.
Location Blasting Policy
Posting the same job in multiple or incorrect locations requires sponsorship to gain visibility.
Reposting Policy
Reposting jobs is allowed if previous attempts did not yield suitable candidates. Excessive or abusive reposting may lead to reduced visibility.

Quicky Hire does not tolerate human trafficking. Employers involved in human trafficking may have their content removed and accounts rejected.
Job Seeker Abuse Policy
Abuse by job seekers, including impersonation and inappropriate behavior, is not allowed and may result in decreased visibility or access.

Policies Specific to Certain Segments or Industries
Truck Driving Jobs Policy
To maximize visibility, truck driving job posts must specify the type of position (e.g., owner-operator, company driver, lease purchase). Lack of specification may result in reduced visibility.
Company Page Policies
Policies for Company Content
Personal Descriptors Policy
Content may describe individuals or groups using relevant personal descriptors that add meaningful context to their work experience. Irrelevant personal descriptors may lead to content removal.
Abusive Language Policy
Content should inform job seekers about company culture and working experience. Content intended to be inflammatory rather than informative may be removed.
Sensitive Topics Policy
Content must provide useful insights into the overall company experience. Stories focusing on specific incidents or individuals may be removed if they are misleading.
Irrelevant Content Policy
Only information relevant to an employee’s experience with the company should be included. Irrelevant topics may lead to content removal.
Language Specific Policy
Content must be written in the primary language of the market where the company is located. Content in different languages may be removed.
Other Policy
Quicky Hire reserves the right to remove content for reasons including duplication, geolocation mismatches, or other discretionary factors.
