To ensure a positive and professional experience for all users, Quicky Hire has established the following guidelines for photo submissions.

Policy Guidelines

Relevance of Photos

All photos uploaded to Quicky Hire must be directly related to the content they accompany. Ensure that each photo clearly connects to the job posting or your company’s profile. For example:

  • Allowed: A photo of your team collaborating in the office, which highlights the company culture.
  • Not Allowed: A personal selfie that has no relevance to the workplace or job role.

Company-Specific Content

Photos should be specific to your company and meet one of the following criteria:

  • Original Content: Photos originally created or taken by your company.
  • Permission Granted: Photos taken by another creator with explicit permission to use them on Quicky Hire’s platform and your Company Page.

Note: Generic stock photos are generally not recommended as they do not provide specific insight into your company. If you choose to use stock photos, ensure they are modified or edited to reflect your company’s unique environment and are relevant to the job opportunities you are advertising. Always obtain the necessary rights before uploading any photo to Quicky Hire.

Use of Minors in Photos

Avoid using photos of minors unless it is directly relevant to the job content. Exceptions include roles related to child care, education, or pediatric care. Additionally, any photos featuring minors must be prominently displayed on your official company website.

Prohibited Content

Photos must not include:

  • Illegal Activities: Images depicting alleged crimes or legal issues.
  • Hazardous Environments: Photos showing unsafe or unhealthy work conditions.
  • Hateful Messaging: Content that intends to radicalize or excludes individuals based on discriminatory factors.
  • Violence and Sexual Content: Any depiction of violence, vulgarity, or sexual overtones is strictly prohibited.

No External Routing

Photos must not contain elements that direct users away from Quicky Hire. This includes:

  • External Links: Do not include non-Quicky Hire URLs or QR codes in photos.
  • Calls to Action: Avoid instructions within photos that encourage users to visit other websites.

No Advertising of Products or Services

Quicky Hire is not a platform for advertising products or services. Refrain from uploading photos intended to market your company’s goods or increase sales.

Protection of Sensitive Information

Photos must not disclose any sensitive or confidential information, including:

  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Private home addresses, government-issued IDs, financial details like bank account or credit card numbers.
  • Confidential Company Information: Proprietary data or internal documents.

Photo Quality Standards

Ensure that all photos meet the following quality standards:

  • Clarity: Photos should be clear and in focus.
  • Resolution: Avoid blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images.
  • Orientation: Ensure photos are properly oriented and not disoriented.

If a photo does not meet these standards, it may be rejected. Users will have the opportunity to improve the photo quality and re-upload the image.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Reduced Visibility: Job postings with inappropriate photos may receive lower visibility.
  • Account Restrictions: Repeated violations can lead to restrictions on your ability to upload photos or post jobs.
