At Quicky Stores, we connect buyers and sellers worldwide. To ensure compliance with international trade laws, all users must follow this Sanctions Policy, regardless of their location.
This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By using any of our services, you agree to both this policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Compliance with Trade Laws
As a global company, Quicky Stores complies with economic sanctions and trade restrictions, including those implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
This means that neither Quicky Stores nor its users may engage in transactions involving:
- Designated individuals, organizations, or regions identified by OFAC and other regulatory authorities.
- Restricted goods, services, or technologies originating from sanctioned areas.
2. Prohibited Transactions
Users must ensure their activities on Quicky Stores comply with this policy. Prohibited transactions include but are not limited to:
A. Restricted Geographic Areas

Regions and countries:
- Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus.
- Donetsk People’s Republic (“DNR”) and Luhansk People’s Republic (“LNR”) regions of Ukraine.

Entities or individuals on the:
- Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
- Foreign Sanctions Evaders (FSE) List.

Nationals of Cuba (unless proof of residency outside of Cuba is provided).
B. Restricted Goods and Services

Items originating from restricted regions, including:
- Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Crimea, except for certain informational materials like books, films, and artwork.
- Russian-origin products, including:
- Fish, seafood, non-industrial diamonds, gold, and any other items restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
- Luxury goods exported to Russia or Belarus as defined by U.S. laws.

Goods produced with forced labor, as regulated by the U.S. Tariff Act.
3. Compliance Measures by Quicky Stores
To protect our platform, we actively monitor compliance with sanctions and may take the following actions:
- Suspension or termination of accounts operating from sanctioned locations.
- Prohibiting listing, buying, or selling items originating from restricted regions.
- Canceling transactions that violate sanctions policies.
- Requesting additional information about item origins or compliance status.
- Disabling listings or blocking shipments related to non-compliant items.
4. User Responsibilities
A. Understand Your Legal Obligations
Users must research and comply with local, national, and international trade laws when engaging in transactions involving foreign parties.
B. Third-Party Payment Processors
Third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal) may independently enforce their compliance programs. Transactions may be monitored, delayed, or blocked at their discretion. Quicky Stores does not control these processes.
5. Updates to This Policy
Sanctions laws are subject to change. Users should regularly check resources, such as:
- U.S. Department of the Treasury
- Bureau of Industry and Security at the U.S. Department of Commerce
- U.S. Department of State
- European Commission

6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Account suspension or termination.
- Listing removals or transaction cancellations.
- Legal action or government reporting, as required.
