Quicky Hire’s Job Board Inclusion Guidelines are designed to ensure that job seekers are connected with genuine and relevant job opportunities efficiently and effectively. These guidelines help maintain the quality and integrity of job listings on our platform by setting clear standards for job boards seeking to include their listings on Quicky Hire. This document provides illustrative examples and is not exhaustive.

Policy Statement

Quicky Hire aims to directly connect job seekers with real job vacancies and applications without unnecessary hurdles. To achieve this, only qualified job boards that adhere to our guidelines will have their listings included on our platform. Starting January 4, 2019, Quicky Hire will no longer consider new Job Board requests for inclusion. Existing job boards must comply with the following requirements to maintain their listings.

Job Guidelines

1. Paid and Current Jobs

  • Requirement: Only include paid, current jobs that are directly posted to your job board by authorized company representatives.
  • Note: Ensure that all job listings are legitimate and up-to-date.

2. XML Submission or Scraping

  • Requirement: Job boards existing before January 4, 2019, must provide Quicky Hire with an XML feed directly or allow their jobs to be scraped.
  • Purpose: This ensures that job listings are accurately and efficiently integrated into Quicky Hire’s search results.

3. Unique Content

  • Requirement: All jobs and companies sent to Quicky Hire via a Job Board feed must contain unique content to avoid duplicate job listings.
  • Definition of Duplicate Content: Any jobs already present on Quicky Hire’s site or companies from which Quicky Hire directly sources jobs.

4. Complete Job Data

  • Requirement: Include comprehensive data for each job listing, including:
    • Company name
    • Location
    • Job title
    • Complete job description

5. Accessible Job Descriptions

  • Requirement: Job seekers should be able to view the entire job description on your site without needing to log in or register.
  • Purpose: Ensures transparency and ease of access for job seekers.

6. No Application Fees

  • Requirement: There should be no charge for job seekers to apply to jobs listed on your job board.
  • Purpose: Protects job seekers from financial barriers and potential exploitation.

7. Simplified Application Process

  • Requirement: The application process should be straightforward, with required fields limited to what is absolutely necessary.
  • Purpose: Respect job seekers’ time and streamline their application experience.

8. Direct Application on Job Board

  • Requirement: Applications must take place directly on the Job Board without redirecting job seekers to other websites.
  • Purpose: Maintains a seamless and secure application process within Quicky Hire’s ecosystem.

9. No Third-Party Content After January 4, 2019

  • Requirement: Quicky Hire will no longer accept Job Board content through third parties or those using third-party products in their feed.
  • Note: Ensure that all job postings are submitted directly to Quicky Hire without intermediary platforms.

Site Guidelines

1. Protect Job Seekers' Privacy

  • Requirement: Safeguard job seekers' personal information and use it solely in conjunction with their job search or application.
  • Purpose: Ensures the confidentiality and security of job seekers’ data.

2. No Free Posting or Crawling

  • Requirement: Sites offering free job postings or those that crawl or redistribute jobs from other sites will not be included.
  • Purpose: Maintains the quality and exclusivity of job listings on Quicky Hire.

3. Clear Contact Information

  • Requirement: Your site must include a clear contact page with a physical address and must not employ excessive or fraudulent advertising.
  • Purpose: Builds trust and provides legitimacy to your job board.

4. Unobtrusive Advertisements

  • Requirement: Any advertisements on your site should be unobtrusive and should not distract job seekers from the job descriptions and application process.
  • Purpose: Enhances the user experience by minimizing distractions.

5. Appropriate Organic Traffic

  • Requirement: Your site must demonstrate an appropriate level of organic traffic relative to the job count.
  • Purpose: Ensures that job postings are from reputable and active job boards.

6. Content Quality and Compliance

  • Requirement: Quicky Hire reserves the right to remove any job listings that are not real, incomplete, or require unnecessary information. Continuous non-compliance may result in the removal of the job board from Quicky Hire.
  • Purpose: Protects job seekers from fraudulent or low-quality job listings.
